Return

Our policy lasts 30 days. There is a 30 Day time return period. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund if you exceed this time period. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.

Refunds

To request a refund, please click here to request an RMA. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. If your refund is not approved, we will contact you via email.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. You may need to check your junk or spam email for notification.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (Usually 7-10 business days.)
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@robinsonoutdoors.com.
