Returns & Exchanges Policy


Returns/Exchange Privilege

Our policy lasts 30 days. There is a 30 Day time period Return/Exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you exceed this time period. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.


To request a refund, please email us at for an RA# and address to send your item(s) to. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. If your refund is not approved, we will contact you via email.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. You may need to check your junk or spam email for notification.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (Usually 7-10 business days.)
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges are allowed for sizing, defective or damaged products in compliance with our warranty policy. The warranty policy can be found here. If you chose to exchange an item please email us at for an RA# and address to send your item(s) to:

We would be able to exchange it for the same item (different size) within 30 Days from the time it was placed. Or take it back for a refund if it is within the 30 day time period.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
