Holiday Shipping Information
The ship to address that you provide, the date you place your order, and the shipping method you choose will determine the delivery date of your package(s). You may elect to pay for expedited shipping if you believe UPS or UPS Sure Post will not reach your destination in time. Sure Post starts out as UPS but final delivery is by US Mail. This shipping method is often used for residential deliveries and usually adds one day.
All U.S. orders under $100 are subject to a flat $9.50 shipping charge. Orders over $100 ship free.
Orders typically ship the same business day. Occasionally, due to high volume, there may be up to a three-day delay.
Orders to all business and residential addresses are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
We can only ship to PO Boxes via US Mail.
Liquid product orders may be delayed in shipping to prevent damage during predicted extreme cold weather conditions.
All orders are supplied with a tracking number that will be delivered to you via email when your order ships. In order to best serve our customers, we use various shipping services. If your tracking number starts with a 1Z, then it should be tracked with UPS. If your tracking numbers starts with a 0 (zero), it can be tracked through FedEx.
