Robinson Outdoor Products Announces New Strategic Position Hires
Cannon Falls, Minnesota - Robinson Outdoor Products, maker of ScentBlocker® and Whitewater® products and exclusive distributor of Tree Spider™ safety products, recently hired Todd Leidall and Pat Hudak for the positions of General Manager and Marketing Director.
With the added growth of comp. sales in current brand products and the additional forecast of the new Tree Spider products, Robinson Outdoor Products has added two key personnel to it's executive and marketing teams to bolster support to it's customers.
As general manager for Robinson Outdoor Products, Todd Leidall will be directly responsible for managing sales, product development, brand marketing and introducing new brands. In addition, he will assist with executive and administrative duties. "Todd's skill set, combined with Robinson's current position and our future opportunities, is a wonderful match," says Scott Schultz, CEO of Robinson. "Todd has a strong personal work eithic, he cares about his people and has a desire to excel. His ability to recognize opportunity and architect a successful plan of attack is his hallmark."
Leidall worked his way up through the ranks during his 16-year career at Boston Scientific, eventually reaching the position of Division Vice President of Sales. He and his sales team set new achievement standards, as well as sales records. Leidall was responsible for annual revenues of nearly $200 million and has been honored with multiple sales and management achievement awards.

Pat Hudak has been hired as the new Marketing Director for Robinson Outdoor Products and will assume overall responsibilities for brand marketing, including efforts in advertising, direct mail, retail, e-commerce, media, partnerships and customer relationship management. He is also charged with maintaining Robinson's professional relationships with the hunting community.
Hudak brings deep knowledge of the outdoor industry to Robinson, through brand marketing expertise and personal experience as an outdoorsman. Hudak's experience includes 2 years with Delta Waterfowl Foundation and 12 years with Cabela's. He currently holds board positions on a variety of hunting and outdoor foundations and is a member of and a volunteer for numerous conservation organizations.
