The policies below are applicable to the Robinson Outdoors Inc. online service (the "Service") produced and maintained by Robinson Outdoors Inc.. DONATION REQUESTS

Robinson Outdoors receives hundreds of requests for product donations each month. We wish it were possible to honor all of these requests since most are very worthwhile but it is impossible. Requests will be considered if the following procedures are followed:

Organization must be classified as a 501(c)3 or similar organization by the IRS.
All requests must be typed on association or company letterhead.
Include date, time and location of event as well as a contact name and phone number. Request must be received at least 4 weeks prior to event.
All freight charges incurred with a donation will be the responsibility of the requesting party – prepaid.
Include how item will be used (silent auction, raffle, door prize).
All requests must be mailed directly to Robinson Outdoors, 110 North Park Drive, Cannon Falls, MN 55009 Attn: Donation Dept.

Donations cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
