The SPF rating system provides you a scent elimination guideline to help you design the best scent control system for the way you hunt. The higher the rating you can combine, utilizing all key areas outlined, the more effectively you will be able to hunt. We recommend at least a combined minimum SPF factor of 100 to be successful and see positive results. The more areas you can utilize in your scent control system combating odor at different levels, the more positive results you will experience while hunting. |

ScentBlocker® utilizes the best coal-based activated carbon in the world. Our specific carbon was selected due to having a wider pore size than other varieties of carbon. The ScentBlocker® carbon provides a greater surface area so large odor molecules can be adsorbed.

- I love anything that has to do with the outdoors & hunting, I was born and raised in the outdoors, I killed my first deer when I was 6 and it has been in my blood every since! I'm very energetic and enthusiastic, I love to have fun and be goofy! Life's too short not to live it to the fullest!
- Nick Name (and how you got it!):
- n/a
- Favorite place to hunt:
- The one and only state there should be: Illinois! I'm a little bias but there's nothing that compares to hunting monster bucks in IL because you don't know what caliber deer could walk under you at any time!
- Describe the day of your first hunt:
- I was 6 years old and we would always stay out at our cabin that we had! Now let me tell you, this wasn't just any cabin, we didn't have electricity nor water so we were ruffing it as I referred to it but I loved every minute of it! That was deer camp for me, boiling water on a gas stove with a kerosene heater inside keeping us warm and having to go to the potty in the woods, I didn't mind! It was freezing cold the first morning we went out! My dad and I went out during first shot gun season in IL and we sat on the ground and waited. At last a nice doe came into shooting range and he helped me balance the gun and I shot! I was so excited I could barely breath!! We went and got my 2 older brothers and they helped us blood trail her and find her! I killed my first buck when I was a freshman in High School.
- What is the most interesting thing you have seen while hunting?
- 181" typical walking right under my stand and offering me a shot at 20 yards and getting the opportunity to arrow him successfully, that's what I call interesting and breathtaking!!

- Do you really want me to list all of them? It would take me an hour, seriously, I have every suit under the moon and let me tell ya, they have ALL been put to good use!!
- What is your Scent Elimination success secret?:
- Being careful not to dry my suit in the dryer when it still smells like my yummy smelling fabric sheet and then immediately storing it away in a scent free environment.

-

- Life motivates me, knowing that I only have one chance to live my life I want to live it to the fullest and not have any regrets! Life is too short so hold on to the people you love and cherish the time and memories you make with them!
- Most admirable women:
- My mom! She is a remarkable woman and everyone always tells me the apple didn't fall from the tree and that makes me proud because she's my mom! Without her in my life, I wouldn't be where I am today, she's my best friend and has always been there for me even though she use to always tell me she felt like she was raising 3 sons instead of 2 sons and a daughter because I loved going hunting so much!
- Something interesting about yourself that most people do not know:
- I have a HORRIBLE habit of picking and biting my fingernails!
